5x carrots, 1x Apple, 1x garlic clove, 1tsp pine nuts, 1tsp dried goji berry, half a can coconut milk, 1tsp lovage, vegetable broth, vegetable oil // chop all ingredients, roast garlic, pine nuts and goji berrys, fill up with as much water as wanted add all ingredients and cook till done add salt and pepper, chili as needed. Purée with mixer. Serve with salad and bread
